Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the card box and received by us no later then 14 days. (Delivery date will be verified via UPS) Inspect your card box immediately upon receipt, if there are any defects or breakage notify us by e-mail within 2 days of receipt. We will charge a (40%) re-stocking fee for all returns and return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. (no exceptions) SHIPPING POLICY We ship UPS ground in the continental United States. Please contact us for addtional shipping amounts for orders outside the continental US including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Please note: All personalized items take an additonal 10 days for shipping.
