RETURN POLICY
OUR RETURN POLICY: Because our product is an "event specific" product used for special events we have a 7 day return policy for obvious reasons.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the card box and received by us no later then 14 days. (Delivery date will be verified via UPS)
Inspect your card box immediately upon receipt, if there are any defects or breakage notify us by e-mail within 2 days of receipt.
We will charge a (40%) re-stocking fee for all returns and return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. (no exceptions)
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship UPS ground in the United States.
We ship UPS Standard to Canada..
